6 cups beef broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Creole seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
8 oz spaghetti noodles
4 boiled eggs, halved
2 green onions, chopped
Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Beef: In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a boil. Add the beef, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours until the beef is tender.
Prepare the Noodles: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Shred the Beef: Remove the beef from the broth, shred it with a fork, and return it to the pot. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Assemble the Soup: Divide the cooked noodles into bowls. Ladle the broth and beef over the noodles.
