  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles

  • 4 boiled eggs, halved

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef: In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a boil. Add the beef, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours until the beef is tender.

  2. Prepare the Noodles: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Shred the Beef: Remove the beef from the broth, shred it with a fork, and return it to the pot. Adjust seasoning as needed.

  4. Assemble the Soup: Divide the cooked noodles into bowls. Ladle the broth and beef over the noodles.

  5. Garnish and Serve: Top with halved boiled eggs, green onions, and a splash of hot sauce if desired.
